          Some of your symptoms sound similar to mine, except that my
          sensitivities are to artificial color & flavor, calcium, and
          milk.  But apparently, it affects _your_ sleep patterns,
          too.  And yes, I've found that sensitivities _can_ develop
          virtually overnight.
