Hello Listmates!

I thought I'd share one of my latest discoveries, a corn-free, rice-free, and gluten-free substitute for corn syrup!

I often use brown gluten-free rice syrup as a substitute for corn syrup, but have had many requests for a rice-free substitute. I recently discovered just that. It's Lyle's Golden Syrup. You will find it in my online store, under the pantry section, currently on page 13: http://glutenfreerecipebox.com/gluten-free-online-store/. In addition, you will find Lundberg's Brown Rice Syrup on page 6. They're both gluten-free!

I hope this helps some of you with additional food allergies.

The best part about all of this is that 50% of profits from my store go to the Center for Celiac Disease, headed by Dr. Alessio Fasano, and currently located in Massachusetts General Hospital.

Have a happy and safe April Fool's Day!

Best regards,
