I am receiving "Gluten Free and More" but I find too many ingredients in their recipes that I (1) don't have access to,
(2) can't use due to allergy or intolerance, (3) I have never heard of before, (4) don't have storage space for all of that, or
(5) can't afford the recipe.

Is there a Celiac magazine out there that has basic recipes and recognizes cost? I am 69, retired, on a budget, have a small kitchen, and have been at this for 2 years after raising 2 Celiac children from the early 1970's.
