Dear Everyone,
Like Wendy Percival, I also had a good experience ordering a GF meal on
Delta.  I was served meat without sauce, steak I think, one lone rice cake
and some salad. I don't remember any non-GF things being included in the
meal, but this was 6 months ago when I had just started the diet so it is
possible, but very unlikely as I didn't get sick.  I didn't like the meat
much and asked for a vegetarian meal as well, but the helpful stewardess
told me that the veg meal was pasta and so off limits to me.
