Hello,
 
I will be travelling to Germany for two weeks - flying into Frankfurt, then staying in Fritzlar and Bad Hersfeld.  Has anyone been around that area or anywhere in Germany and can offer some gluten free advice?  We are travelling with someone who is fluent in German.  Are restaurants familiar with cooking gluten free?
