I know all of us with Leaky Gut are supposed to take this (along with a good
probiotics!) . Two questions:

1) MY L-glutamine is called L-glutamine PAK -pyridoxal Alpha-ketoglutarate -
what does this do? As I understand it is an amino acid - but the PAK part
is not in every LGlutamine on the market.

2) I am to take mine on an empty stomach - I have read some of you to take it
at meals. What's the difference?

Any light to be shared would be great.
