Help. Anyone know something I can buy at whole foods and not have to order online, for accidental glutening????

Just ate chicken soup at Carrabas, my favorite. By accident, it had a wheat noodle in it. I don't know how much I ate. I may not react, if it's small enough.

Ordering online isn't an option right now! It won't get here before reaction, if any.
