As long as we can remember, we have been told to avoid blue cheese on a
gluten-free diet. Apparently, this cheese product, we come to understand,
might contain bread.

Recently, we received THE GLUTEN WHEAT FREE GUIDE TO EATING OUT, Good Health
Publishing, LLC, (2002). In a few references to restaurants and their gf
foods, blue cheese salad dressings (specific to those restaurants) were said
to be okay.

My question is: are there any gluten-free blue cheeses and/or gluten free
blue cheese salad dressings on the market and available for home use? If
you know of any, please let us know.
