You are invited to attend the Greater Cleveland Celiac Association's
next meeting:

Sunday, October 9, 2005

1:30 - 3:30 P.M.

at the Solon Branch of the Cuyahoga County Public Library

34125 Portz Parkway, Solon

We will be discussing information from the
National CSA conference as well as any questions
or concerns you may have.


Please bring any questions regarding the gluten-free diet,
as well as a gluten-free dish of your choice, and two dozen copies
of the recipe to share.  Include brand names of ingredients,
where applicable. Having the recipe available is necessary for
those who have other food sensitivities.

Please invite and encourage newly diagnosed celiacs as well as
anyone else who would benefit by attending.

Anyone interested in the gluten-free diet is welcome.
