Dear Listmembers,

With Hanukkah so close, I am again beginning to panic about traditional
holiday foods for my CD daughter.  I have figured out how to make the
chocolate "gelt" coins for her, but not potato latkes (pancakes).

I tried once to make them with fresh potatoes, but they came out green!  We
are also allergic to eggs.  Does anyone know of a GF potato pancake mix
(Manischewitz or Streits, etc.) or a good recipe for potato pancakes?  I
will summarize and post to the list.

Thanks again!  You are the most wonderful people in the world.  I brag to
my friends and neighbors about these wonderful listmembers!
