Hello All,
I have a friend who has a 5 year old daughter who has just been diagnosed
Celiac. She is in the process of converting to glutten free foods and would
like to make her own GF breads using a bread making machine. We have
researched the Australian Consumers Assosiation report on these machines
but no tests were done using GF doughs. I have read the listserver docment,
"Celiac BMSELECT" relating to machines best suited for this purpose but
unfortunately it is inapropriate to what is generally available on the
Australian market.

I would be most interested to pass on opinions of what locally available
(Australia) brand/model machines are most suited for this use.

Hoping there is some advise available & I will summarise the results, Thank
You,
Bob Wright...... Bundaberg, Queensland, Australia.
