I am not a doctor or a celiac expert. But I have been told by our gi
doctor that many different gi conditions may show remarkable improvement
on a gf diet, so good response to a gf diet not only does NOT diagnose
celiac, but it can lead you to miss other serious conditions which may
require treatment (he mentioned salmonella as one example). Just a
word of caution to those who are still struggling for diagnosis. Take
care, Lynn
