I am a newly diagnosed celiac. I purchased a Black & Decker
All-In-One-Deluxe Breadmaker, B1600 Series. I have tried several
different recipes and all have had very gummy centers. I decreased the
amount of water by 1/4 cup in my last attempt, but the center was still
gummy. Does anyone have this kind of breadmaker? I would really
appreciate any advice and/or successful bread recipes.

Thanks!
