On Sunday, August 15th, I will be doing a gluten free cooking demo related to back to school and work at the Elmwood Park, IL Caputo's.  There is no fee to attend.  The class will be at 1:00pm and then there will be numerous vendors so you can sample their gluten free items.  Caputo's is trying to expand there gluten free offerings and has already done a great job of providing the community many gluten free items at a mainstream store - plus they have an incredible produce section!
