This is the summary of responses I got about the strange sacs found on my
colonoscopy. Not many!

1 said that the pain symtoms were observed before GF diet.
1 said diverticulitis.
1 said aneurysm in the colon, if it's possible.
1 said carcinoiditis (?), no cancer but rapid cell division.
1 said ileo-cecal valve spasming or not closing caused the pain.
1 said sensitivities/reactions to unknown ingredient, event, location.
1 said had similar pain, but when he was not GF, around it's 20's.

Conclusion:
diverticulitis and carcinoiditis appear close, The next colonoscopy should
reveal this information.

For those who want to take a look at these sacs:

Thanks to all,
Javier in UT.
