The following information is to be used only for the reasons I have
described below.

There is a company in the United States which does do gluten content
testing in parts per million.  They will only do this for manufacturers,
not for individuals.  The process is long, it is expensive. . .
extremely expense.  It takes from 6 - 9 months to complete this process
because of how long it takes to get the test kits from Australia.

If you call a company which is willing to have their products tested for
gluten content, you may provide them with the following information,
business name, the contact, phone number,  and address.

Under no circumstances should people from the list call this firm and
ask if a product has already been tested by them.  They will not provide
you with any information.  They will only work directly with a
manufacturer and provide the manufacturer with their findings after the
testing is done.  It would be a nightmare to have 2300 calling on ten
products each, wondering if they have ever been tested.  Very few
products have been tested by them, because the test is not well known
of.  Few businesses know that such a test is available.
