I left out an important piece of information, from Teri Shackelford:

"Ask at every Outback about the brownie. I have been to 2 that put flour in
it.(Kona, Hawaii and Kenewick, Washington). My daughter and I always save
room for dessert when we go there for dinner and have been disappointed when
we have found out that they have altered the brownie."
