One thing to add that was brought to my attention - sometimes rice syrup
can contain malt or barley.  Be careful when selecting the rice syrup to
make sure that it is safe.

I drank plenty of this beer - and never once did I get sick.  So in my
opinion, it was pretty safe stuff.  So if you try it, I hope it works out
for you!
