Dear Listmates:

Responding to a recent posting to this List about risotto being rice and
therefore gluten free can be misleading.  When eating out, it's not always
gluten free - some restaurants add wheat flour to the mixture.  You need to
ask before ordering.  And only two of the four Lundberg risotto mixes are
gluten free, the creamy parmesan and tomato basil.   Happy gobbling!
