The Iowa Celiac Association will hold it's annual Iowa Celiac Conference at the Aegon building in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on September 23, 2006 from 7:45-3:00.
Guest speakers will be Lisa Kimm, kids therapist, Anna Sobaski "Bread from Anna", Dr. David Elliott, Celiac research center University of Iowa, and Shelley Case world renown author and Dietitian.
We will have many samples of products from vendors throughout the United States, Canada and Austrailia.
