Thanks to all of you who responded to my question regarding Ener-G's
hamburger buns. The vote was pretty much unanimous - they are crumbly and
hard. To their credit, I received an e-mail from Heidi at Ener-G, and she
recommended using their english muffin as a bun instead.

The other day, someone mentioned the english muffin from a company called
Gluten Free Delights. I wonder if they make a better hamburger bun.

I'm new to the diet, but I wanted to add my $.02. The first loaf of gf bread
which I bought at a pricey health food store was the white rice bread from a
company called Health for Life (or something-for Life), and it was like a
very crumbly brick. It made me depressed to think that my son would be
forced to eat bread like that for the rest of his life. Then, I bought a
loaf of rice almond bread made by the same company from Trader Joe's (alot
cheaper, too), and it was wonderful! I don't mind eating it myself! It was
flexible, soft, and tasty (even untoasted). I keep it in the freezer as I've
noticed that it gets moldy right away if I don't.

Thanks again for all your help! This is a great group!
