I just wanted to share my experience with everyone on the List...

I am very overweight and have been working since April with my Doctor using a Program called "Take Shape for Life" which uses Medifast Meal Replacement products for healthy weight loss.

I am happy to say that I have lost 70 pounds!  I have a lot more to go...but, this program has encouraged me in an area that I had completely given up on - losing weight as a person with celiac!

The meal replacements are designed to keep your blood sugar levels at a more even level throughout the day - you eat every 2-3 hours...
The program has made the weight loss much easier and more attainable for me...

The Awesome part about it is that they have "many" certified gluten free choices...giving a variety of shakes, soups, brownie, cereal, hot cocoa, etc. that can be eaten...
(And I have only had an issue with eating one soup that seemed to bother my stomach...the chicken soup...)
I not only feel great because I am losing the weight, I am more mobile, my digestive system feels much better, I have a confidence again about my health, I am enjoying my life MORE than I have in a long time!  I was diagnosed with celiac disease almost 8 years ago...I went 10 years before that miserable and undiagnosed...

LIFE is finally getting better!
