experience it all - from Mt. Fuji - to the Great Wall - Panda Zoo -
Terra Cotta Warriors - the Forbidden City - A four day cruise up the
Yangtze River - Victoria Peak - Aberdeen Floating Village - and much,
much more. And the food - gluten-free of course!

The costs will include 4 to 5 star hotels, meals, tips, entertainment,

                                           GLUTEN-FREE MINI GETAWAY
                                                            Hyde Park, NY
                                                  SEPTEMBER 19 ~ 21, 2002

A three-peat by your requests with a couple of new twists. This year
we'll get to appreciate the beautiful Fall colors of the Hudson Valley
and the Catskill Mountains - a choice time for tourists. We'll visit one
to the most popular wineries in the area for a tour and tasting.

We have also arranged a gluten-free baking demonstration at the CIA by
their Master Bakery Chef and Instructor. This gentleman has been
instrumental in making GF baking a significant part of the curriculum's
requirements for each Bakery Chefs final grade.

A wine and cheese get together to kick things off. A tour of the CIA.
And, course the food at two of the CIA's most popular restaurants.

All this and more at a cost of $395/person double occupancy. There are
a limited number of spaces available. Call or e-mail us for more details.
