Please send me your contributions privately and I'll compile them for the
list. Here are my own for starters:

gut guru - someone who knows celiac disease inside and out.
Usage: It took ages for my HMO to refer me to a real gut guru.

styro-food - food that doubles as packing material: puff rice, rice cakes,
oil-free potato snacks, naked popcorn.
Usage: When I was first diagnosed, I snacked on a lot of styro-food.

wheat-eater - a non-celiac
Usage: You shoulda seen those wheat-eaters inhale my gf chocolate cake.
