I've been having MINOR swelling in my legs below the knees for several
years. Some days it isn't present at all, some days it causes aching
that is very annoying and somtimes I have to sit down and put of the
legs to stop the aching (rarely though). Mostly just annoying aching
from the slight swelling. I have thyroid disease so suspect this to be
the cause. I have thyroid checked approx every 4 months. (No heart
problems detected by doc). However, I'm newly diagnosed gluten
intolerant and feel this could contribute to this too. Does anyone know
of a natural diuretic I could try? I know that caffeine is a diuretic
but I've been "caffeine free" for two years and don't want to go that
route.

Thanks,
Jill/Texas
