I had lots of responses, but mostly from people who are also looking for a
place to find it!

There were suggestions of trying Korean stores as this is a traditional
thing.  There were a couple of warnings about Chinese sourced flours.  And
several people offered to share their methods of making it from scratch. 
Sadly, oak trees are uncommon where I live.
