I have done some very light reading on fungi in the body and how grains that
are consumed feed fungi.  People who are on a special diet for the purpose
of getting rid of a fungus do not eat beef from grain fed cattle.  They
consume grass fed cattle.  This made me wonder if Celiacs need to neglect
grain fed cattle as well.  If anyone is educated in this area, please let me
know your thoughts.  Thanks!
