Dehydrochloric acid or bile salts works very well for me.

I've used bile salts since 1971 with good results. I have an allergy to
gluten some times I can eat gluten for quite some time without problems.

My reaction to gluten is constipation and stomach pain.

I attended a local meeting and 3 out of ten people at the meeting had
had gallbladder problems. bile salts can be found at health food stores
and on line pharmacies.
