I got about 20 responses all of them extremely positive about PF Changs.

 

I got several recommendations to try "Pei Wei" which is a more fast food
economical Chinese restaurant owned by PF changes.  One person wrote to
say they got the wrong thing from Pei Wei and to always remember that
every restaurant is different in how they handle GF.

 

I actually expected to receive some negative response on PF Changs...
but didn't get any.  :-)
