Does anyone know the name and address, phone # etc. of the company that
bakes PITA bread, located somewhere in Ontario, Canada. We sampled some
of their product, which was gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free at
the Montreal celiac convention in 1996, and it was excellent. My wife
bakes her own bread in the states, but we are looking for a supply of
ready-baked bread for her elderly mother who lives in Ontario.
