OK Celiac Support Meeting

Meet and Greet at 6:30 
Support Group Meeting at 7:00 p.m. 
This month we will feature dietitian Becky Varner, columnist for the OKLAHOMAN. 


General support group meetings consist of education in the form of speakers and/or information on Celiac Disease and the gluten free diet. Gluten free refreshments and drinks are served and of course, there is always time to talk with others who live with Celiac Disease. Each family is asked to bring your favorite gluten-free snack. Be sure to verify its gluten-free status. All ingredients should be clearly displayed, keeping in mind that some of our members may have food allergies other than gluten, may be lactose intolerant or diabetic. Drinks will be provided.
