Dear All,

I thought you might be interested to hear about this.
Karin rang me at lunch-time today to say that our
Breadmaker bread pan was already losing its non-stick after
only two months. It's a Prima, so I e-mailed them about
the problem. Within a few minutes, they had rung her and
arranged to send a new one.

I don't have any connection with the company except owning
this gadget but feel that everyone should know of service
like that.

Regards

David
