My 12 year old with celiac was diagnosed with h-pylori, and has been treated (2wks) antibiotics and acid reducer. The medication regimen was as bad as the symptoms.  He is still having a lot of pain, nausea, and gas.  I know that this stomach bacteria is very strong and difficult to get rid of.  Has anyone else experienced this and how long was recovery/or was there additional medical issues found?  Thanks for any input.
