We have just joined the list and would like to introduce our company.

We are a full service Deli/Restaurant/Take-out that specializes in Gluten Free Foods. We have Breakfast and Lunch sandwiches available on store-baked GF white bread, Soups, Salads, Daily hot specials, and GF frozen entrees to-go that are all made here and flash frozen. The frozen entrees are packaged in individual serving size microwavable containers.
 
The only items in our store that are not GF are the traditional breads for customers that don't need to be GF.
 These items are kept in a separate area and handled with dedicated color-coded utencils to eliminate any chance of cross contamination.
