Hi Listmates,

Thank you so much for all of your help.  I received several responses about instant potatoes:

1 suggested Betty Crocker Potato Buds -- not flavored ones
1 suggested Hungry Jack Instant Potatoes
2 suggested Idaho Spuds
1 person says that they get Idahoan at Costco (We do not have Costco here.)

I finally was able to talk to the folks that make Idaho Spuds and they advised that they are made by Pillsbury as are Hungry Jack and Martha White brands.  The customer service rep said that all sources of gluten would be listed on the labels if there are any and to just read the ingredients label.  They also said that we should not eat the flavored ones.

Hope this info helps someone else, too.
