It's been a good food week.

I found some very good tamales in the freezer compartment at Whole Foods in
Evanston, IL. The company name is Tamale Molly. The tamales require
steaming for roughly 30 minutes. They're very tasty, though not all
traditional Mexican flavors. Their web site is at
<http://www.tamalemolly.com/>. The entire line is gf. The company is based
in northern New Mexico, employing people who otherwise would have little by
way of employment options. They donate their profits to organizations
fighting hunger, both in New Mexico and in the communities where the stores
that carry their products are located. They have a dealer locator map on
the web site.

Again, no financial or other interest in the company, just satisfied with
both the flavor and ethics of the company.
