Our next meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. at 1525 Shorb Ave. NW, Canton, Ohio on Thursday, April 3rd for a Gluten-free Easter Dinner. A turkey will be provided. Please bring along a side dish or dessert and copies of the recipe to share. If you are asked what is in your delicious creation, PLEASE disclose ALL ingredients. Some of our members have other intolerances such as nuts or dairy. We do not want anyone getting sick. If you are not a cook, please come and bring a $2.00 donation. Please call (330) 497-1800 by March 29th if you are planning to attend.

Our local newspaper (The Canton Repository) will be featuring a future article about Celiac/Sprue Disease and will be at the April 3rd meeting to do interviews, taking pictures and putting recipes in the paper.

Have you tried the bread, bagels or buns from Deland's Bakery Yet? It sure is good!!!! We will place an order again at the May meeting, which will be picked up by you during the June meeting. We will take another order in June, which will be delivered in time for the September meeting. You will need to pay a deposit when your order your bread.

If you have any questions or need directions, please call (330) 497-1800 for more information.
