We are relatively new to this wonderful service, but have gained a wealth of
information in just a few weeks.

Please, what is the status of quinoa?  A visiting friend, aware of our GF
requirement, has brought a box of Quinoa Flakes (for hot cereal) whose label
says "wheat free" and whose sole ingredient is "100% steam-rolled organic
Quinoa".  Is this GF?
