Thanks to everyone who responded to my request for information about
restaurants in Savannah. It sounds like a great place to eat GF! Here is a
summary:

This site posts reviews of restaurants:

e%20Savannah.pdf

"Your Pie" was the best gf pizza I have had but I think cross contamination
was an issue and I was in the bathroom a couple of hours later. Ate dinner
at Boars Head Tavern and Grille. They were clueless about gf and the food
was expensive and not very good. Had some amazing pralines at
www.riverstreetsweets.com. They are pricey but so delicious!

We were in Savannah in November and had a wonderful time. Many of the
restaurants had gluten free menus. We went to Sapphire Grill, the Pink
House, and Alligator Alley to name a few.

You'll be pleased to hear that we have some reviews for Savannah on our
website, GlutenFreeTravelSite ( http://www.glutenfreetravelsite.com ), which
is a website containing thousands of user-submitted GF dining and travel
reviews, searchable by location.Simply visit our Search/Mapping page (

into the Search Box. You'll get a list of restaurants that have been
reviewed. Click on any restaurant to see it highlighted on the map and to
link to the user-submitted review.

places with GF menus!

B. Mathews, 325 E. Bay Street, corner of E. Bay & Habersham,
www.bmatthewseatery.com - couple of blocks from the hotel on E. Bay Street.
Pub type place where the locals go, according to our hotel. I had Grouper,
roasted potatoes and it was very good.

Vic's on the River- has a peanut butter chocolate cup that was to die for.

Kasey's Gourmet Grill

Jazz'd (allows smoking in bar which is right by the dining room so eat early
if you go there)

Gallery Espresso - dessert only (pound cake or cheesecake) as lunch options
extremely limited

Paula's Deen's The Lady & Sons, has a GF menu

http://glutenfreetravelsite.com/maps/map-locator.php has reviews of a number
of restaurants
