I use feverfew to mitigate the effects of migraine.  One capsule of freeze
dried each AM.  But you should be aware that too high a dose may have
unwanted side effects such as a flush or dizziness.  If you are just
starting to take it, perhaps you should start at a low level and proceed
from there.
