Re: Soy lecithin

I have recently subscribed to this list to help my elderly father-in-law who has
just been diagnosed as celiac. He is down to 100 lbs. (from
150) and I am looking for fattening healthy recipes for him. I noticed that
some rice krispie bars that use peanut butter, butterscotch
chips, and chocolate chips seems to have nothing in them that he can not eat.
Only questionable ingredient in the chips is soy lecithin. Is
this an allowable substance?????????????

Also if anyone has any tasty fattening recipes, please let me know. Thanks in
advance. We both have learned quite a bit from this list.
