Since going GF, one of the hardest things to deal with is not being able
to have any of the 'to die for' chocolate chip cookies that my wife
makes.

Thanks to several someones on this list, we tried a GF version of her
recipe (which she told me I was not allowed to post - under pain of death
- sorry).  We replaced the flour with corn starch and added the little
bit of GF mayo and they turned out great.  Can't tell them from the
originals with wheat flour.

Thanks to a loving wife and the support of this list, it is a Christmas
to remember.  Happy Holidays to all.
