Eating Gluten Free Without Panic Teleseminar Series

Are you new to eating gluten free? Do you feel anxious in the grocery
store while you try to figure out if a product is safe to eat? Do you
stick to a short list of products other people have told you are
gluten free? Do you feel deprived on your gluten free diet?

This series of 3 teleseminars is designed for people who feel anxious
about choosing products that are safe for them to eat.

At the end of the three sessions, you will:

   1. Feel confident about your ability to choose safe products in
your local grocery store.
   2. Know what gluten ingredients to look for on product labels.
   3. Know what products need to be purchased with “gluten free” labels.


Thursday August 5th – 8:00 pm EDT/5:00 pm PDT
    * What does gluten free mean?
    * The six key ingredients you need to avoid.
    * High risk vs. low risk products.
    * Internet myths about gluten.
    * Your questions and answers.


Tuesday August 10th – 8:00 pm EDT/5:00 pm PDT
    * Is 20ppm really OK?
    * Virtual grocery store tour, department by department shopping hints
    * More of your questions and answers.


Thursday August 12th – 8:00 pm EDT/5:00 pm PDT
    * Avoiding cross contamination at home and away.
    * More reading suggestions.
    * Lots more questions and answers.

You will receive course notes by email before each session. There are
a limited number of seats for this teleseminar.

Prefer an afternoon course? If there is enough interest, I will hold
an additional session on the same days but at 2:00 pm EDT/11:00 an
