Hello.  This message is to the woman who emailed me earlier this year
regarding a pediatrician in Lake Forest, Illinois.

This woman is the wife of a doctor (head of pediatrics, I believe) at
Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago, whose husband takes care of
celiac children.  She referred me to a doctor in Lake Forest, but my
computer crashed and all of my old messages were lost.

I need the name of her husband, and the doctor to whom he referred me in
Lake Forest.  Thank you so much - sorry to bother everyone on the list,
but I need these doctor's names.
