Regarding Spaghetti Squash.  The directions that come attached to the
squash is:  Cut squash in half, remove seeds, then  bake at 350 degrees
for 45 minutes.  Remove strands with a fork.
 
When topped with spaghetti sauce, it is similar to angel hair pasta al
dente!
 
For celiacs who are diabetics - it counts as a veggie!d
