For those of you who haven't tried it - their gf chicken tenders are 
wonderful (also have  tendon removed).    They're good with honey mustard dressing 
or whatever sauce you have handy.  The meat mgr of a local Whole Foods said 
they also sell Bell & Evans in the case.
