I used this product for sandwiches and snacks on a 10 day trip and it
worked well. It's from Australia and I found it at a local health food
store, Real Foods Popped Flax and Soy Corn Thins. They also had corn only
ones. There are 26 to a package and they were reasonabley priced, I think I
paid less than $2 for them. They are about the same size, and similar to,
rice cakes but only 1/4" thick. They crumble somewhat but no worse than the
GF breads I've tried. To me, they taste much better in a sandwich, and of
course stay much fresher, than bread, over a period of time.
