After 15 years of being gluten free I have recently developed some new rather scary symptoms that mimic a gluten hit when no apparrent gluten has been consumed. For the past two months I have had episodes that include: heart racing, feeling very weak and shaky. During the episode  I hear my heart pounding in my ears for a few seconds until it passes. I feel like I will pass out. Afterward I am left feeling weak, I have minor D, headache, weak and shaky. My mouth is very dry. Then the burping begins and I burp for hours! I have read a bit about candida of the intestine..I do have a coated tongue. If you have any experience with this please reply.
