had a great meal of moo goo gai pan. and the pan seared ahi tuna but no sauce as the soy sauce they use in NOT GF.  the head chef made mine personally.  the manager i talked to is named Todd, forgot his last name.  
    restaurant is on paradise near the hard rock.  Dan.
