Hello everyone,
Thanks so much to everyone on this listserv for all the great
information and resources.

I am going to Philadelphia next week and will be staying in the
downtown area.  Does anyone have any recommendations for restaurants,
stores, etc.?

Also, I am newly diagnosed and take a number of different over the
counter herbal pills - ginko biloba,
evening primrose oil, vitex, etc. from different manufacturers.  I
don't know if vegetable sterate,
gelatin and some of the other ingredients are safe or not.  Thanks in
advance for your assistance.
